RENT UP ONLY
We find the tenant for you. In house advertising and on-line at www.jabpm.com. Show property, process prospective tenant applications, accept deposit and the first month rent payment, complete move-in inspection with tenant. Owner's name on lease. Original documents to owner, copies for JAB file. Tenant will be set up with contact phone number and mailing address of owner.
MANAGEMENT ONLY
Same as above, in addition we collect rent payments for duration of tenancy, owner is sent a check and a monthly statement on the 15th of each month. We provide a move-in and then a move-out inspection at the end of tenancy.
FULL MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE
Includes all of the above options. Owner can be billed for maintenance or it can be deducted from monthly proceeds.
